Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Hermes Workspace, a private integration operated for the owner of Amversi, handles Google user data.
Purpose and users
Hermes Workspace is not a public application. It is used only by its owner to access and automate the owner's own authorized Google Workspace data.
Data accessed
Depending on permissions granted by the owner, the integration may access Gmail messages and settings, Google Drive files, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Forms. It accesses only data necessary to carry out actions requested or authorized by the owner.
Use of Google user data
Google user data is used solely to provide private productivity, research, backup, and document-management functions requested by the owner. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or sale.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials and operational data are stored in the owner's private server environment with access controls. Credentials are not published or shared with third parties. Reasonable technical controls are used to prevent unauthorized access.
Sharing
Google user data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties except when explicitly directed by the owner, required to provide the requested function, or required by law.
Retention and deletion
Operational data is retained only as needed for the owner's private workflows and backups. The owner may revoke Google access at any time and may request deletion of locally stored OAuth credentials and related data.
Limited Use
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
